ITS Lab Consulting provides technical support in 65 computer lab, technology classroom, and kiosk/printer locations at Penn State's University Park campus. Lab consultants assist students, faculty, and staff with technology questions. They also help maintain the proper operation of hardware and printers.

While consultants cannot help students with class assignments, they can answer general questions about using the software on the lab workstations.
